Under the guidance of the Purchasing Business Process Owner (BPO), you contribute to the transformation of the company, by defining and optimizing the rules, processes, tools and data management of your scope.

You ensure the definition, deployment and improvement of good practices, to ensure efficiency of business processes.

To do so, you identify and coordinate the management of opportunities, while addressing risks and ensuring compliance with requirements (internal/external)

 

What are your main missions?

 

  • Support the BPO as a representative of the functions & regions covering, P2P processes (Source to Contract & Request to pay process)
  • Contribute to transformation project at Global/Corporate scale
  • Own the best practices for the domain & associated business processes within scope: methodologies, operational workflows, Master Data, process KPIs, organization structures.
  • Leverage knowledge within the organization: define required skills, design training curriculum, ensure that the documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Make sure that end users receive the appropriate level of training to be efficient in their job.
  • Explain and promote the usage of standard processes & systems (including reporting) in order to develop end-users’ autonomy and performance in their daily tasks, compliant with internal control.
  • Lead, participate in, train and/or support an international network of Experts/Key Users to share and infuse, new processes & process improvements globally, and capture improvement needs in collaboration with other domains BPR and project teams.
  • Collect, qualify and prioritize process improvement opportunities and follow-up their implementation with the relevant stakeholders, also providing adequate support during the implementation phase.
  • Manage roles and authorization ensuring access, adequacy and segregation of duty rules and related business tools under your responsibility (e.g.: Supplier Relationship Management Tool, Contract Life Cycle Management Tool…)

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent documented education in Purchasing, with a least 5 years of operational experience in the domain, preferably using SAP in context.
  • Demonstrated & successful interpersonal experience working in an international/multicultural context, leading project to completion and working to solve a cross domain issue.
  • High level of Adaptability / Flexibility, ability to facilitate meetings & decision making.
  • Ability to translate goals into action plans
  • Good professional practice of English
