Position Summary:

For one or several ranges, you are responsible to make the link between the Customers services (global, regional, local) and the Supply Chain to ensure availability, anticipation and management of the stock and flows. You coordinates those activities during life cycle management phases (phase in, phase out, switch) of the equipment and spares in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Consolidates, analyzes and challenges global forecasts for his/her product brands (incl LCM and OEM), liaises with regional demand managers, LCM and OEM teams in order to reach the expected accuracy and quality 
  • Proposes forecast profiles during launch stage, considering scrap risks and sales forecasts, integrating ComOps and marketing business plan into operational forecasts, country per country.  
  • Represent the Supply Chain function in the governance(s) in charge of  product development and product launches (G2M, projects…)
  • Represent the Supply chain in the committees in charge of the follow-up of the corrective actions (quality or regulatory): Field actions (FCA , FSCA …) CSN – Customer Service Notification…
  • Contribute to establish the initial list of spares linked to an equipment in closed collaboration with the Global Customer Service (GCS)
  • Ensure and maintain Global Supply Chain and reverse flow strategies through regular meetings with all the actors (GCS, Marketing…)based on feedback coming from the field, spares consumption and evolutions of the products
  • Define and maintain the Group’s recommendations on the storage and delivery guidelines regarding equipment and spares in the logistic network
  • During phase in, phase out and switch of equipment and spares, ensure the proper preparation of the Supply Chain activities at all levels of the logistic network
  • Coordinate and monitor the evolution of the status of the actions to be managed by the different departments within the Equipment and Spares Supply Chain
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the LCM (Life Cycle Management) methodology, in particular to include the specificities of the Equipment and Spares activity (flow of repairs, flow of returns and associated operations, positioning of stocks, …).
  • Support the implementations of good practices regarding Life Cycle Management to the actors involved
  • Monitor the stock deployment and the actual consumptions during phase in and phase out. Alert in case of deviation from the plan. Propose solutions and ensure a smooth communication between Global, Regional and Local levels.
  • During phase in and phase out of equipment and spares, decide Supply Chain views (MRP…) and flows to be created in the information systems at the different levels of the logistic network. Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Master Data and ensure the accuracy of those data.
  • Contribute the implementation of KPIs and associated analyses

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain/Planning preferred
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Marketing or Customer Service or project management
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to influence and coordinate as well as an ability to manage your priorities
  • Teamwork with the Supply Chain function and with the business partners is critical
  • Your analytical mindset, ability to challenge and carry the voice of the Supply Chain in projects are essentials to succeed in this mission
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural context
  • English mandatory. French is a bonus
  • Advanced proficiency with computing tools. Experience with SAP is a plus.
