The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation  through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

 

We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to reinforce the Equipments & Spare Parts team and take accountability of a key project to improve the agility and resilience of the company supply flows. While our Supply Chain processes are designed to handle single-sourced product flows, we want to increase the level of agility of our footprint and have the possibility to manage product flows multi-sourced simultaneously in pure multi-Make or Make & Buy strategies. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will take the ownership of this project, scope the impacts of such change on the different Supply Chain processes by collaborating with the subject matter experts, design the project framework required to implement the changes and handle its execution up to final implementation.

 

 

What will be your mission at bioMérieux ?

 

  • Detail the project scope and objective, the stakeholders involved, structure the work packages, build and phase the overall planning.
  • Run the project execution by triggering the different workstreams, facilitate collaboration and decision making process, track progress and anticipate potential deviation risks.
  • Actively contribute to design the target process and the solution requirements to support it efficiently. Interface with the IS department and the subject matter experts to deliver qualitative solution and processes to the Business.
  • Support the operational teams in the implementation of the new process by ensuring an efficient change management through communication, eventually training, addressing questions & concerns.
  • Report project status, risks and challenges to the steering committee to ensure the project meets its targets in terms of impact, quality, timeline and budgets.

This Multi Sourcing project will represent a key portion of your time, but as a member of the Supply Chain Performance Project Leaders community you might be requested to support and contribute to other projects punctually in parallel of your main assignment.

 

 

Who are you ?

  • Master Degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain environment, with a specific experience in project management, ideally on flows management and/or planning contexts.
  • You have a solid functional Supply Chain background and appetite to grow it by interacting easily with experts from Distribution and Planning fields.
  • Some experience on SAP MM and/or DDMRP methodology is a plus.
  • You are autonomous, an accomplished team player, capable to energize a workgroup to reach consensus and meet common objectives.
  • Good communication skills and a structured approach allow you to manage projects and change successfully.
  • English & French fluent.
