We bring sixty years of products to laboratory and infectious disease knowledge and use our consulting expertise, methodologies, and analytical skills to help hospitals meet the future challenges of staffing, productivity and patient management.
The Product Marketing Manager, Consulting Services role within US Clinical Marketing will be managing the marketing of new and existing consulting offers developed for lab operations and infectious disease management across bioMérieux’s market specialties, including Immunoassay, Molecular, and Microbiology instrumentation and analyzers.
The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the Associate Director of Software & Services and will work closely to align tactics with overarching marketing strategy. The Product Marketing Manager is the owner of strategic consulting offerings, the service expert and market expert, with a clear understanding of market drivers, branding, target market, campaigns and buyer/user personas. The Product Marketing Manager will be working alongside another PMM to align US product strategies will align on overarching software and services solutions for US.
The Product Marketing Manager, Consulting Services, will play a lead role in the development of marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics; and holds primary responsibility for tactical execution in support of marketing objectives. This position requires collaboration and engagement with key cross-functional departments in bioMérieux, including sales, global, customer service organization, compliance, legal, marketing communications, and marketing insights. This position will also require ownership of tactics from inception to launch, that are time-bound and metric driven.
The Role
You will be an essential member of a cross-functional marketing team responsible for demand generation and client experience related to our overall consulting portfolio. The ideal team member will complement our existing all-star team with strong proficiencies and passion for content strategy, development, and execution to build end to end marketing programming across multi-channel, digital mediums, and experiences for maximum impact. You will develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders and agency collaborators to craft the strategy and play a significant role in all go-to-market efforts, client development & deployment communications, as we reinforce bioMerieux as the “thought leader” for laboratory and stewardship process improvements.
The Product Marketing Manager, Consulting Services position is a hybrid remote and in-office position that will require up to 30% of travel, including trade show support, customer visits, vendor management and internal meetings.
