If You Join Our Team

You will provide administrative support to the Global Medical Affairs – Micro-Immunoassays team and VP. In this role, you will coordinate with our legal teams regarding study contracts, prepare requested documentation and materials for shipment for peri- & post-launch studies (PPLS), facilitate travel arrangements, conferences, and meetings with global teams, manage training records, arrange payments in SAP, and various other administrative tasks.

 

You Will Need

  • A high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience.
    •  OR we will consider little to no experience with a relevant degree.
  • Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to prepare and design presentations on MS PowerPoint.
  • Possession of good organizational skills.

Familiarity with scientific terminology and experience in medical transcription.
