Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for translating recruitment needs into winning talent acquisition strategies, leveraging all recruitment channels available, in order to attract, engage and recruit the best talent to bioMérieux. You are joining a team of about ten people and you will be in charge of the entire recruitment cycle for all recruitments (permanent and fixed-term contracts) for a portfolio covering Commercial Operations for our french subsidiary, Global Customer Service and Global Marketing and Commercial Performance functions.


What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?


  • Position himself/herself as trusted Advisor to leaders, hiring Manager and HR with regards to Talent Acquisition topics, offer advice, solutions and market feedback as appropriate.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as kick off meeting, resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates for your portfolio.
  • Maintain stakeholders alignment with the process throughout the recruitment phase
  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates


Who are you ?


  • 7+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven success in recruiting professional roles. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Experience working with application tracking system, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent networker and relationship builder. Excellent communication skills
  • High level of personal organization, attention to detail and multitasking required.
