Reporting to the EME Clinical Marketing VP, the EME Marketing Manager – Marketing Analytics and CRM will be responsible for supporting EME’s teams with business analyses that will help drive marketing efforts where they are the most impactful.
The EME Marketing Manager – Marketing Analytics and CRM role will produce qualitative and quantitative analyses leveraging data from the field, from our information systems (CRM, OPERA,…), and from data acquired by the company (IQVIA,…), turned into insights to measure and drive business impact in EME. He/She will be in charge of driving the KPI-based evaluation of our EME business strategy implementation and its impact.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
- Monitor business performance and trends on the main product lines in EME, develop automated reports to highlight potential areas of risk, and coordinate investigation into causes of the risk to take immediate corrective actions from a Sales and Marketing perspective
- Support the cluster teams in the definition of the EME business strategy of their BIOFIRE panels
- Track the KPIs defined with the Leadership Team to evaluate the implementation and impact of our EME business strategy, and recommend reorientation as needed
- Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the impact and efficiency of the EME Marketing team in driving business performance, including through development/enhancement/homogenization of templates, formats, and graphics to improve communication
- Work directly with the VP EME Clinical Marketing on ad hoc business questions and projects requiring data and insights
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the Global market research team within the EME Marketing team
- Foster and actively maintain a culture of “leading through data and insights” within the team
- Communicate status and progress to the EME Leadership team, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Competition: be the central repository in the team for market share calculation and update, based on IQVIA and EDMA data plus a set of assumptions when necessary
- Ensure strong collaboration with the following departments:
- EME Finance: to clearly define the KPIs followed by each team (for ex: Finance on sales, CEBIT… Marketing on cross-selling, market share,…)
- Global Marketing: Market Research team, Business analyst, Marketing Brand Plan team to represent EME through data and insights in their projects
- Regional Supply: to provide CRM pipeline information to compare Budget, LBE, Sales, Forecasts and CRM pipeline during Regional S&Ops
- Global/Regional Commercial Capabilites & Performance : to serve as Marketing voice regarding CRM topics (competitive assets, pipeline management, customer potential calculation,… excluding Marketo)
- Marketing Plan: support clusters with data needed to perform a quantitative analysis of their market’s business strategy
Who are you?
- Undergraduate degree in analytical field (science, engineering, economics, finance, marketing). MBA or other advanced degree in analytical field preferred
- 3+ years of management consulting, strategic marketing, or related experience in the life sciences industry. Knowledge of IVD is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and analytical ability
- Business acumen
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize
- Experience working with a distributed team across countries
- Fluent English is mandatory
