1、岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Service Business Specialist will work closely with sales team and service operation team todevelop various service offerings. As part of role of service marketing to create service sales tools and launch service promotion plan. Be in charge of service contract/sales pipeline tracking and update.
2、主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1、Develop billable service offering including spare parts, labor and professional service, etc.;
2、Work with service operation team to manage service pricing according to customer voice, product requirements, penetration, evaluation and sales strategy;
3、Be ability of promoting service solution and improving service contract coverage;
4、Support sales teams and proposal management to articulate the benefits and concept of advanced service offerings;
5、Work closely together with sales and distributor team to provide training, coaching and consulting to them;
6、Monitor and maintain the service sales pipeline, understand market trends and customer needs for service.
3、知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Business or data analysis experience is preferred.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
4. Knowledge in Microbiology Laboratory.
5. Be ability to manage complex business requirements and relationship.
