Customer Supply Manager

Would you like the opportunity to work within the Healthcare Industry and use your experience and knowledge within Logistics- and Supply Chain, to help and boost our processes as well as your team, then this might be the job for you.

 

As Customer Supply Manager, you will lead a group of five team members working as Customer Supply- and Sales Administrators, based in Helsinki, Brussels, and in Gothenburg, where you also will be based. 

Your primary purpose and objective will be to Organize and manage the customer supply team to ensure customer satisfaction through order management, information, delivery and invoicing, and complaint handling.

 

      Main Accountabilities:

  • Steer the different operations handled by his/her team in a timely and compliant manner: orders management, communication and invoicing to customers and distributors; approve quotation for all the products (depending on countries) in collaboration with Commercial representatives.
  • Validate and execute customer returns and carrier damages for his/ her area.
  • Check that the customer orders captured are in conformance with customer offer; and processed until invoicing, in compliance with internal and external rules (incl. Service Policy) and regulations.
  • Manage conformity issues of the orders, and when necessary, manages the orders rejected by the shared services centers
  • Identify opportunities of improvement and fix recurring issues.
  • Pilot the non-technical complaints in collaboration with the other departments (warehouse, transport, finance, quality, subs or SSC) through the KPI’s reviews.
  • Decide specific services to customers (ex : supply shared management) in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure customer master data accuracy. Is aware of customer pricing structure and ensure their correct implementation.

Lead the team; manage and monitors team's workload and performance; define objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drive budget/resources for his perimeter.

 

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

We believe that you have a bachelor or Master degree in Logistics/Supply chain or other relevant discipline.
To be able to manage an experienced- and multicultural team you will benefit from having at least 5-8 years of Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service within FMCG or Healthcare industries, and a proven record of leading multicultural and remote teams. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in an international role/context.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and Business/customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to take decisions.
  • Ability to define and develop strategies in different areas.
  • Strong ability to work with other departments, to be proactive in the continuous improvement of the processes and performance in his/her area.
