Join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist for the Global Medical Affairs - Molecular and Digital Solutions Department!

In this role, you'll be a key member of our team, providing overall administrative support and assistance to ensure our department operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with department employees, organizing meetings, distributing and circulating important correspondence, and assisting with travel arrangements. You'll oversee the generation and tracking of check requests and purchase requisitions for operating supplies and ensure the timely and accurate updating of training records.

As our Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring office supplies are ordered and available to the entire department, working with individual employees to meet their specific requirements. You'll also be responsible for onboarding new team members and providing meeting planning and logistics support for conferences and meetings.

Your work will help us to track budgets, key performance indicators, and activities that demonstrate impact for the organization. You'll also assist with packaging and shipping materials and supplies, as needed.

  • A high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience.
    • OR we will consider little to no experience with a relevant degree.
  • Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to prepare and design presentations on MS PowerPoint.
  • Possession of good organizational skills.
