The Companion Diagnostics (CDx) Program (belonging to the Medical Office), is leading the partnerships with Healthcare Companies who need diagnostic solutions to accompany their drugs, vaccines or medical devices during their R&D development, clinical trials or commercialization to reinforce Personalized Medicine Approaches. The CDx Program provides a single point of entry to facilitate interaction with our partners and ensures the holistic coordination of the tailored partnerships with our external and internal stakeholders.
What are your missions?
1. Manage the existing CDx portfolio by ensuring an adequate execution & implementation:
-Coordinate CDx project teams and serve as a direct contact for both internal stakeholders (R&D program teams, transversal groups, finance, business development) and external stakeholders such as pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, healthcare establishments, professional associations… etc)
-Manage and coordinate, in collaboration with the CDx Director, the assigned CDx/Supportive Dx projects and serve as a direct contact for both internal stakeholders (R&D program teams, cross-functional groups, finance, business development) and external stakeholders such as pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, healthcare establishments, professional associations… etc.
-Establish and maintain tracking tool to ensure that priorities, goals, quality, time and budget are reached according to plan.
2. Ensure Operational Alliance Management:
-Produce high-quality deliverables & interactions through constant engagements with partners before, during and after the projects to maximize long-term revenue, including contribution and attendance to Governance Committees, internal and with partners
-Contribute to drafting, evaluating, negotiating assigned CDx/Supportive Dx contracts
-Monitor and contribute to contract close-out, extension or renewal as appropriate. Maintain contractual records. Communicate contract related information to all stakeholders.
3. Ensure the scouting and assessment of new opportunities:
-Pro-actively seek and strategically analyze new opportunities
-Build the revenues/budget framework (time & resources) for the new opportunities with the support of the relevant stakeholders
-Support the establishment of the legal framework (agreement) with the lead of the legal and support of the relevant stakeholders
What is your profile ?
-Graduate degree in Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD) with 5 years minimum of relevant experience in Project Management in a matrix environment and/or Business Development and/or Commercial development in regulated environment
-Project management skills, ability to manage global & high organizational complexity project
-Marketing and/or sales background/understanding is a plus
-English: Fluent
-Excellent organizational skills
-Good ability to work in an international environment with a good understanding of multicultural differences
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong internal and external relationships
-Business oriented
-Strong & efficient leadership and influence
-Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to address partners requests in a timely manner.
