We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Instrument Manufacturing and Service Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, implementation, and execution of technical instrument manufacturing and service operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our manufacturing and service operations, particularly through a high-growth phase.
As the accountable leader, you will manage a combined team of over 100 professionals, including manufacturing, engineering, industrialization, and continuous improvement. Your strategic direction and guidance will be crucial in ensuring compliance with company policies and upholding operational excellence within our Quality System. Safety, product quality, plant productivity, and profitability are key focuses in our high-growth product line, and you will provide the vision and leadership necessary to achieve these objectives.
In addition to overseeing the annual budget with a specific focus on product costs and margins, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing a high-performing management team. By promoting manufacturing reliability, budget adherence, continuous improvement, and collaborative interactions, you will drive operational excellence throughout the organization, especially during this phase of rapid growth. Your expertise in leading operations through high-growth periods will be critical in navigating the associated challenges and capitalizing on opportunities.

Your technical guidance and direction will ensure that quality and reliability standards are maintained. Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading an IVD instrument manufacturing or service operation, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience leading a $100M instrument manufacturing operation, preferably during a high-growth phase.
