As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, you provide organizational and informational support to our Regulatory Affairs team for global regulatory activities. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with department and company procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with senior regulatory specialists in collecting and coordinating regulatory documents, preparing and maintaining product registration files, organizing documents for international submissions, coordinating with international counterparts for approvals and renewals, conducting research on new regulations, and participating in the development and review of corporate and department procedures.

The ability to work effectively with diverse disciplines and personalities. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and demonstrate initiative both individually and as part of a team. Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and time management, and administrative skills are important for success in this role.
This position primarily operates in an office/desk environment. We also offer the flexibility of 50-95% work-from-home opportunities.
