We are looking for a Customer Service IT Expert who will work and grow within the Global Customer Services department/unit and will report to Customer Service Operations Manager for Data&IT within a team of 18 co-workers.


What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?


  • Mentor, train and tutor Local Customer Services, providing guidance to navigate independently technological challenges of our middleware and remote services solutions  
  • Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, guiding clients to optimal solutions
  • Contribute to IT projects by working on servicing aspects of our future products

Who are you?


  • Postgraduate degree in IS or Engineering in General
  • Proficiency in middleware technology
  • Knowledge of remote services 
  • Knowledge of Laboratory informatics, connectivity standards, LIS
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn constantly and push the boundaries of IT
  • Excellent communication skills to educate, train, and inspire, in English,
