What does the North America Support Functions Domain Manager do? 


The role of the North America Support Functions Domain Manager involves overseeing the alignment of team workload, skills, and knowledge with project solicitations and maintenance commitments. Working closely with stakeholders, such as IS directors, program managers, project managers, and internal business representatives at all levels, the manager leads a North American-based team in collaboration with EMEA Support Functions domain managers. The key responsibilities include: 


1.       Recruit and source talent, and develop team members in technical, technological, and behavioral skills. 

2.       Participate in human resources management processes for internal staff and establish partnership relationships with suppliers. 

3.       Foster a positive team spirit by building momentum within organizations and resources. 

4.       Provide a clear vision and objectives for the team to enhance engagement. 

5.       Ensure the quality, availability, and scalability of support functions solutions in production. 

6.       Anticipate obsolescence and ensure the application portfolio is up to date and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines. 

7.       Define and defend the annual budget for maintenance activities in the Support Functions field. 

8.       Conduct budget execution and regularly present status updates on realization and forecasts. 


Who is the NA Support Functions Domain Manager? 





·         Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, or a related field. 



·         5(+) years of related professional IS experience. 


Skills and Knowledge 

·         Proven track record in information systems with experience in projects, application maintenance, and IT solution implementation/deployment. 

·         Expertise in Support Functions, potentially within Finance, HR, Legal, or IS domains. 

·         Beyond technical and functional skills, the NA Support Functions Domain Manager must excel in communication, courage, emotional intelligence, collaboration facilitation, and effective team support. 

·         Fluent in English, with the ability to lead an international team and company. Proficiency in French is a plus.
