Description
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Diagnostics Quality System.
- Identify and / or hire required resources to meet department goals and initiatives.
- Development and implementation of department initiatives.
- Organizing the engineering space and equipment to meet company plans.
- Ensuring engineering SOPs meet the needs of the engineering team.
- Development, maintenance, and implementation of engineering WIDs that are compliant with BioFires quality system, cGMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Continual process improvements to cross departmental activities.
- Technical Leadership.
- Hiring of engineering staff.
- Project resource allocation.
- Design Control Process development and implementation
- Training for engineering staff on BioFire DCP and SOPs
