We are looking for a Business Developer Manager Integrated Solution who will work and grow within the Clinical Business department/unit and will report to Sergio Bravo, Country Manager Chile
This position will be based in Santiago, Chile, with travel expected 15% of the time.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
To lead the commercial strategy, sales process development, tactical implementation, and management of solución integral.
Consultative interface and negotiation with main decision makers ( Customer C-suite, HealthcareAdministration, IT departments, Medical societies).
Harmonization and execution of our integral solution offer in-sync with the Sales, Marketing and CSO.
Contribute to the market expansion and acceleration of sustainable profitable growth in Chilean market.
Lead the development, deployment, negotiation, sales and marketing commercial processes for Integral solutions.
Lead the development and deployment value preposition for laboratory network
Lead the continued evolution and market acceptance of Laboratory Optimization Consulting
Member of the commercial strategy committee to define the implementation of current strategy and the future strategy
Create and lead the subsidiary's comprehensive solutions team
Who are you?
Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Prof. Commercial area, Administration or relative experience
At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare company
With experience in managing commercial areas (Sales Manager or Marketing Manager)
Postgraduate in the commercial area
Communication skills
High level negotiation skills
Basic technical knowledge in biology, instruments and software, reagents and consumables (Desirable)
Highly proficient in CRM and SAP

Teamwork, interpersonal skills, excellent service to internal and external customers
