As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment programs and processes. You will focus on creating organizational efficiencies and standardizing recruiting processes to scale across the Americas. Your cross-functional partnerships will be key and you’ll get to work with Talent Acquisition leaders, other Program Managers, recruiters and sourcers, HR leaders, and various business leaders across the business.  
Essential Job Duties: 
  • Support the adoption, enablement, and implementation of strategic TA initiatives, process improvements, and programs
  • Conduct core data analytics and insights to make data informed decisions supporting program roadmap
  • Have a curiosity mindset and evaluate current recruiting workflows and processes for scalable solutions
  • Lead ATS enhancements, conduct system assessments, and partner with our ATS POCs to reduce manual and redundant work
  • Lead change management efforts related to recruiting process improvements
  • Establish cross-functional relationships to effectively collaborate across various business units
  • Develop training programs for recruiting team to support change management processes
  • Troubleshoots issues with ATS and other systems the recruiting team engages with
  • When and if program work is light, this person will assist in the recruiting function
Qualifications: 
  • 6+ years of recruiting or other HR related experience
  • 2+ years recruiting program development experience
