Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in an environment of curiosity and innovation. To be successful you will need the technical skills required of an HR Business Partner with well-developed critical thinking and communication skills. This includes the ability to be flexible while still adhering to policies, influencing without compromising integrity, and developing leaders, often technical experts, who can navigate the dynamic landscape of multinational organizations and team while. In this role you will support our Clinical and Regulatory Affairs groups, you will execute the HR Roadmap to engage our workforce and positively impact public health. You will work closely with the leadership teams to make decisions that promote team and business development, while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, and development, and a track record of building strong relationships through transparency, trust, and empathy.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR solutions, recruiting and retaining high-caliber talent, and driving employee engagement. Additionally, you will coach and develop key leaders, ensure compliance with policies and practices, and work cross-functionally with colleagues in HR Operations, Finance, Benefits, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy and change management, as well as experience in developing HR policies and programs. To Be Successful You Need:
  • High school diploma with 6 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 of those years spent in an HR Business partner capacity, with increasing responsibility driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge, and tools.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher highly preferred
  • HR certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) but not required
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • You have HR experience in medical device/biotech or healthcare environment.
  • You have a degree in Human Resources Management.
