What will your responsibilities within bioMérieux?

 

  • Be the champion of CRM system and manage all aspects of the CRM and CVM strategy, execution and analysis campaign results (monthly CRM metrics reports) to make most appropriate recommendations to local sales teams.
  • Be the main responsible of data accuracy of all commercial data and continuous improvement of the data, systems and tools.
  • Prepare periodic reports and design standart sales force efficiency analyzes and dashboards with the data in the CRM system and share them with sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare the data for Distributors and Sales Team’s  quarterly , annually sales achievements in close contact with sales managers.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Take part in local, regional or global cross-functional projects or initiatives related with commercial organisation.
  • Manage and update documentation related to sales processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to the sales team on relevant issues if necessary.

 

 

Who are you?

 

  • Preferably a university degree from business administration, economics or engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles preferably in healthcare sector
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analytical and business planning skills
  • Customer focused, solution and result oriented, problem-solving personality
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organized, rigorous and autonomous
  • Fluent in English
