Project Leader - Commercial Performance & DCM, ASPAC

Primary Purpose and Overall Objectives of the Job :

Be responsible for the execution of commercial enablers tools (CRM/CVM/CPQ) across ASPAC.  Support country/cluster building effective sales process to increase bioMerieux business impact in both direct and indirect market.  Represent ASPAC as RBPR in global context.

 

Main Accountabilities :

  1. Be the referent person for ASPAC to gather unmet needs/issues from the countries on commercial enablers tools and escalate to relevant global functional team for solution.
  2. Be the referent person for local & global counterparts to facilitate the roll-out of new initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with local/global commercial operations excellence team to prioritize and adapt key commercial enablers initiatives for the country/region
  4. Support regional function team and countries on relevant dashboard creation
  5. Promote and monitor the adoption of commercial enablers (CRM/CPQ/CVM), share best practices within ASPAC
  6. Attend monthly RBPR and CRM meeting to resolve outstanding issues
  7. Extend the commercial enablers initiatives to distributor and actively involve in the deployment of digital transformation project (digiDrive/bioMerieux+)
  8. Be the trainer for commercial enablers and related tools

 

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Studies-Experience:

  1. Extensive experience in managing customer relationship management tool is a must
  2. Understanding of database structure is highly valued
  3. Previous working experience in healthcare industry is highly valued
  4. Successful project management experience is highly valued

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. University graduate, some scientific education background is highly valued
  2. Ability to communicate in an autonomous, international and multi-cultural environment /cross-functional experience
  3. Capacity to drive execution without direct hierarchical reporting
  4. Be a good team player
