In your role as Sales Project Coordinator, you will get to know the Sales and Commercial team, as well as our customers, as you will work both on the field visiting customers, and supporting sales and tender processes internally. This opportunity will give you a solid commercial experience and knowledge through meetings with customers and an increased understanding of sales routines and administration.

This position and graduate program will be based in Sweden, at our office in Mölndal (Goco House).
You are fluent in Swedish and English, with a big plus if you also speak Danish.  


Main Accountabilities


  • Consolidate and structure reasons to visit
    (Maximize presence in Webinars, congress and events, help with materials, business analytics)
  • Support Account Managers with lead qualification
  • Contribute to commercial projects to reinforce commercial collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate and daily updates in Sales Force Automation (CRM) tool, including customer details, contacts, opportunities, activities and contribute to insights gathering.

Who we’re looking for


A recent Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, for example within pharmacy, chemical engineering, biology, biotechnology, biomedicine or solid technical background in biology field.

Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies.

A global mind-set, ability to adapt quickly to change and displaying agility.

A Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn.
