What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

 

The Sr Director, Human Resources - Central Europe Cluster will be responsible for supporting, coaching and accompanying operational managers in their HR decisions for the Cluster: recruitment, performance management, people engagement and development, career opportunities, compensation and rewards, organizational changes with the aim to support the achievement of business and personal goals. This role will act as a key enabler to inspire and drive change. 

 

This position will report directly to the VP, HR of EME with functional reporting line to VP, ClinicalOps, CEC Cluster.

 

This position will be based in the Central Europe Cluster.

 

Main accountabilities include:

  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR Cluster strategy to reach strategic business planning. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business.
  • Advise, challenge and support managers with their teams : organization effectiveness, performance management, change management, communication….
  • Support the operational managers by recruiting the human resources needed to reach business goals, respecting the budget and optimizing the resources.
  • Support managers and leadership team in all HR processes and policies : workforce administration, compensation review and benefits, recruitment, performance and talent management, training.
  • Consolidate training needs analysis and implement training plan to cope with the business needs. Propose actions plan to identify, address competency, knowledge and talent gaps. 
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable local labor laws.

 

Who are you?

 

Studies and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience in an international environment, ideally in the Central Europe Cluster region

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and intercultural capabilities
  • Experience in initiating and promoting change.
  • Ability to influence, interact and lead transversal HR projects
  • Demonstrates a strong business acumen
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in autonomy
  • Fluent in English and one local language in the cluster
  • Travel approximately 30% within the Cluster
