Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized professional with a passion for customer service to join Americas Training. As part of our team, you will provide technical and operational support for our learning management systems. We act as first contact for end users, managers and curriculum owners, as well as other administrators. We manage changes, run reports, train new users, troubleshoot problems, answer questions, maintain databases and support audits.

Work involves monitoring a group email inbox for change requests, supporting users, managers and curriculum owners in Durham, St. Louis, Salt Lake City, and San Jose sites as part of a 3-person team of LMS administrators, performing and documenting changes and troubleshooting user issues during the hours of 10:30a to 6pm CST. Work is largely unsupervised, so strong self-motivation is key.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide first level support for current compliance and learning & development LMS tools; providing remote support, group training and one-on-one training as needed 
  • Support managers in the use of compliance and learning & development LMS tools; provide status and completion reports to help managers with curriculum development and set up scheduled reports for managers and curriculum owners
  • Support internal and external audits; provide training reports quickly and accurately for audit requests from internal auditors and regulatory agencies, both for Americas region and global users
  • Assist with new software releases for the learning management systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify potential risks and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years experience in LMS administration, ComplianceWire, Cornerstone on Demand, SuccessFactors Learn, and secure document servers (OpenText) OR
    • High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in LMS administration, ComplianceWire, Cornerstone on Demand, SuccessFactors Learn, and secure document servers (OpenText) also accepted
  • 3+ years relationship management experience with auditors, subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Comfort with detail-oriented work, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and precisely with people of varying levels of technological experience
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and problem solving
