We are looking for a Global Product Manager under a permanent contract who will work and grow within Global Marketing department and more specifically within the Immunoassays franchise.
You will report to the Global Marketing Immunoassays Associate Director.
You will be the business product expert in charge of the upstream marketing activities of the high medical value VIDAS Immunoassays tests, as well as the respective peri and post launch studies in strong interaction with internal stakeholders (medical affairs, R&D, program, projects ...)
What will be your responsabilities ?
Master Market knowledge on the assigned product by analyzing the market, its key growth drivers, the competitive field and represent the Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC)
Define the short and long term product marketing strategy by developing, adjusting yearly and executing the Global Marketing Plan
Contribute to the Product Life-Cycle Management (LCM) in tight collaboration with the R&D Project and the Regions by translating VOC findings into must-have product requirements and future improvements
Give Communication directions in line with GMP to the Marketing Communication Department, in order to deliver promotional tools and build a differentiated product promise and communication plan, with Market Manager and/or Regions
Co-lead KOL Management in collaboration with Medical Affairs: as part of regular customers visits and contacts at international level, develop the KOL network and pools of product advocates
Support Go-to-Market (G2M) activities in performing the expected tasks and being the voice of the G2M team on the Project to ensure preparedness of the Offer
Act as product champion with entrepreneur mindset, in collaboration with the Global Market Manager, to monitor its performance including sales revenues and consolidated margin, market acceptance and market shares. Assess/adjust pricing policy and monitor multi-channels promotion including distribution
Who are you?
Post-graduate degree in Science
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a Business / Marketing / Sales role in the health industry
Excellent level of English (oral, written) mandatory
French welcome
Very good level of expertise in product management with both technical & marketing expertise.
Excellent analytical skills. Capacity to understand, define, use financial indicators & KPI (budget, sales, margin …)
Capability to make clear recommendations to upper management. Ability to adapt your content to different audiences
Ability to handle priorities and deliver commitments on time (result and progress oriented)
Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
