Make marketing strategies and action plans, to improve the sales on cross-selling and consumables under his/her scope in Greater China.
主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Marketing planning and execution
- A.Contributes effectively to business case development by stretching the ambition, focusing on existing & new customers, using fact-based data, and making timely and prudent decisions;
- B.Align resources and prioritize actions/resources with both internal and external partners. Acts as the business owner and facilitates commercials sales and supply side partnerships;
- C.Responsible for facilitating pilot projects promotion with closely collaboration and involvement with field solution team and sales team;
- D.Responsible for deliver products value trainings to build up strong professional competencies for front line team.
- Marketing communications
- Applies customers expertise and deep knowledge of selling processes to develop impactful sales messaging and related support tools tailored to drive each customer segments behavior; partners with the sales force for optimal deployment
- Customer insights and analytics
- Fosters customer centricity by collecting first-hand feedback and asking the insightful questions, to better valued customer benefits ahead of competition
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge on in-vitro diagnostic industry, clinical microbiology/Immunoassay
- Bachelor above degree on medicine/ microbiology/ Immunoassay/laboratory science related
- At least 1 year work experience on marketing/ sales/ medicine position
- Creativity/ Ownership/ Teamwork
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
