Senior IT Vendor Manager

We are looking for a senior Senior IT Vendor Manager to join our Key and Strategic Partnerships team within bioMérieux IS Governance.

You will be responsible to manage relationship with our key and strategic vendors.

You will also be responsible to deploy Vendor Management Best Practices an educate IS community bringing your own experience.

What will be your missions ?

• Guarantee efficient management of our key and strategic vendors and contracts,
• Be the main point of contact for contractual and cross-domains topics for vendors and contracts in your scope,
• Elaborate strategy with IS Sponsors to fit IS needs and ensure suppliers ’ones are included in the contracts,
• Collaborate with Support Functions to deploy defined strategy,
• Follow and anticipate main steps of the contract lifecycle with the IS Purchasing department,
• Coordinate activities between IS Purchasing department and IS department,
• Define and ensure implementation of the operational, tactical and strategic governance,
• Ensure contractual service level agreements are aligned with IS ambitions,
• Have a consolidated view and follow-up on service level agreements and breaches,
• Ensure contractual obligations are met in collaboration with operational teams,
• Facilitate contractual discussions and updates,
• Monitor cross-domains topics,
• Manage contractual and operational escalations raised through vendor governance,
• Monitor financial follow-up,
• Manage contractual risks.

Who are you ?

• Broad IT experience IT (10 years minimum)
• Vendor Management experience or Service Delivery Management
• Leadership : management of virtual teams
• Good communication
• English fluent
• French fluent
