Senior Application Specialist

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB - Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers. - Handle complaints per established guidelines: open, follow investigative stages, and close. - Internal & External product training provide - Perform laboratory testing
