Clinical Solution Manager

岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Driving the development and implementation of sales strategies and  manage local AS team 

 

主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive the development and implementation of sales strategies:
- Implement the sales strategies through technical programs, such as building up the database demonstration site; experimental analysis;
- Build up the technical capability of internal and external teams:
- Organize product trainings for distributors and internal teams regularly;
- Manage the technical problems solution and promotion programs sorting;

Promotion activity management
- Plan and manage promotional activities including exhibitions and expert meetings;
- Responsible for the exhibitions participation and arrangement yearly, 
- Support the KOLs to prepare the presentation in promotion activities 
- Establish the KOLs network to build up the customers` awareness and product related preference 

Team Management
- Manage the AS team to provide qualified service;
- Lead the AS team and assist MA team to support KA projects.
* Other tasks based on business needs as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.

 

知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

- College degree or above in Medical Diagnosis/life science or relevant fields 
- Over 7 years of working experience in well-known microbiology labs, diagnostic companies, or 
medical device companies
- Good command of English in both written and reading 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Competence in leader ship skills and able to work under pressure
- Objective oriented with strong senses of initiative
