Main Mission
The marketing communication manager is responsible for driving the development for each (ASEAN) countries – in alignment with Global guidelines: of communications objectives, plans & campaigns in line with Marketing strategy & plans. As single contributor He/She must collaborate, coordinate, and manage transversally all activities related to marketing communication as well as drive the agencies.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of communication strategy & plans to increase bioMérieux business in the region countries.
- Lead the definition of Communication objectives & Communication actions (campaigns, events, digital approach) and identify actions that can be managed at regional level vs. countries specific
- Lead and manage regional product launches from communication stand points:
- Business events (internal / external)
- International promotional campaigns
- Lead development of omni-channel promotional campaigns to raise awareness and optimize lead generation
- Contribute to bioMérieux’s brand strategy for franchises and products
- Create schedules, uphold deadlines, and monitor performance through KPIs and tracking
- Manage internal Marketing Communication community and external consultant resources
- Drive and coordinate partner agencies
- Lead effective campaigns, analyze marketing trends, and to make cost-saving decisions for production
- Heavily involved with Digital Marketing Strategy projects relating to search engine optimization (SEO), omni channel strategy & governance, Social Media strategy and Marketing automation.
Skills & Experience
- Master/MBA Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication, with a solid experience of at least 8 years in events organization, working in direct or with agencies. Experience working in the IVD, life science or medical devices industry would be preferred.
- Strong analytical & communication skills through clear and persuasive writing and speaking abilities to convey messages effective.
- Customer oriented and ability to listen to needs.
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique and engaging content and campaigns.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and is very familiar on utilizing digital tools and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- A team player with strong project management skills with meticulous attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Highly motivated individual with positive disposition and energy
