Sr. Analyst, Data & Analytics

Description

Primary Duties:
  • Design, Analyze, and Present: Oversee comprehensive analysis and presentation of key metrics including revenue, products sold, territories, customer performance, sales manager performance, and author recommendations for future policy/sales procedures. 
  • Lead KPI Analysis and Reporting: Spearhead the analysis, Sales Force Effectiveness reporting, and support of US Clinical KPIs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), supporting sales, marketing, finance, and commercial operations. 
  • End-User Support for Tableau Application: Provide advanced support to end-users of the Tableau Application, including troubleshooting, enhancement testing, and publication. 
  • Develop, Communicate, and Maintain SOPs: Create and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the analytical capabilities of the sales team. 
  • Trend Analysis and Storytelling: Focus on identifying trends and effectively communicating insights through data storytelling. 
  • AI Model Development: Lead the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence models using tools like Tableau or MS Power BI. 
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Dashboard Management: Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure the upkeep of dashboards. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and multitasking. 
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science.
  • Must have 4-6 years of data analysis experience in sales, finance, and/or marketing field, preferably within a life sciences company within the past five years 
  • Must have 4-6 years hands-on experience with Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Power BI,
  • Salesforce.com, SAP, and Xactly SIP Platform.  ServiceNow experience is preferred 
  • Experience demonstrating priority management, attention to detail and analytical problem solving, and solution implementation skills required. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral, written, and group communication is essential.
