We are looking for a MSCQ Project& Method Controller who will work and grow within the Manufacturing Controlling Department and will report to Head Of  Manufacturing & Quality Controlling

Your primary mission & overall ojective:

Be the Finance business partner supporting the manufacturing operations of one or several manufacturing sites.

what ill be your responsabilities? :

• Define, write, maintain and review once a year at least the controlling manufacturing documentation (procedures concerning at leastindustrial cost prices, inventory management, investments etc ..., green book, make or buy, NPV, Budget templates and others, sub-activity….)
• Ensure the homogeneity of the methods applied on all plants and legal entities, perform the necessary training for operational teams
• Assist and support the Process Manufacturing Controlling (BPR) Referent in his activities, support the animation of the network of management controllers and finance experts in manufacturing
• Propose and carry out projects aiming at continuous improvement on controlling manufacturing methods, reportings, or tools.
• Prepare the manufacturing controlling budget planning in collaboration with the Consolidation and operational teams
• Contribute to larger Finance projects

who are you? 

• Graduate from Business School (option Finance/Controlling/Audit) or if relevant Graduate 
• in Engineering School with significant Finance exposure and experience
• Experience in manufacturing Controlling, 10 years of experience...
• Ability to manage multi-site in an international environment
• Skills in accounting, finance, manufacturing controlling
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor
• Analytical and synthesizing capabilities
• Ability to prepare & present data removing ambiguity or complexity.
• Ability to animate teamwork session
• English / Fluent
