Description

Microbiology Project Coordinator works closely w/ Directors, Scientists and Specialists within the team to ensure work progresses efficiently. The Project Coordinator assists the team by organizing meetings and agendas, note-taking/documentation, tracking requests, monitoring projects, and managing and ordering supplies.
 
This role requires a detail-oriented, well-organized, dependable problem-solver, with effective communication skills. Familiarity with microbiology is preferred.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMérieux Quality System.
  • Assist with communication to align stakeholders and track goals/milestones.
  • Run meetings under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Take an active role in learning about bioMerieux products, design control, risk management, and change control.
  • Present project-related updates to small teams and large groups.
  • Assist program manager and other department leaders with program- and department-related tasks, including (but not limited to): meeting minutes, timeline updates, and presentation preparation.
  • Assist program manager in drafting project proposals, design input documentation, project plans, schedules, presentations, technical reviews, and other documentation as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; B.S. in life science, engineering, or equivalent technical field a plus.
  • No experience required
