Internship - Medical Affairs Digital Communication Intern W/M/D

Main mission:

As an Expert in Digital Communication, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of digital communication projects and campaigns for the EME Medical Affairs team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital communication activities aligned with the objectives of the medical affairs team in the EME region (internal/external communication).

• Develop content for EME Medical Affairs communication campaigns and manage associated strategy on social media platforms.

• Analyze activity performance and propose adjustments to improve results.

• Coordinate the creation of visual and editorial content.

• Monitor market trends and recommend innovative initiative.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders internally (within medical affairs and with other departments) and externally (third party contractors, agencies…) as per needs.

 

Expected skills:

• Master digital communication tools (Microsoft office 365, Adobe creative, social networks, etc.).

• Good knowledge on design platform/tool and editing video.

• Project management skills (planning, timeline, communication, reporting..).

• Appetite to learn and integrate IT tools in his/her activity.

• Scientific skills would be a plus.

• Analytical skills and result-oriented mindset: Ability to develop and present clear reports on activity performance, Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on the results.

• Creativity and innovative thinking.

• Autonomy and sense of initiative.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure efficient communication; work closely with other departments to ensure consistent communication.

 

Profile

• University degree/ Master's degree in Communication or related field.

• Additional background or experience in healthcare (science, pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.) would be a plus.

• Fluency in English is required.

 

6 months intership

 

Monthly bonuses for interns are paid from the first month of internship.

 

The amount depends on the student's level of training, and is higher than the legal minimum.
