Job Function: Sales & Key Account Management
Responsibilities:
1.Get familiar with numbers of systems variety within half a year and be able to work independently;
2.Improve customers’ satisfaction and contract coverage rate;
3.Under scope of KAM and working closely with AS, Sales and KA manager to make sure the proper running of bioMerieux instrument at the customer sites and in turn maximizing the reagent revenue generations;
4.Good corporation with various distributors;
5.Provide directly the service for VITEK MS, Previ-isola, HAIN systems etc. as defined according to the corporate strategy;
6.Manage and support distributors of providing field service in following aspects: corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, complete and on time implementation of FA, connectivity of LIS;
7.To ensure customer satisfaction, smooth running and utilization of instrument;
8.Promotion and execution of service contract to distributor and end-user;
9.Following the spare parts management process;
10.Provide technical advice and assistance to Sales and Marketing activities of instrument (such as demonstration, exhibitions, tendering).
Requirements:
1. College degree or above major in Engineering / Computer / Biomedical Engineering
2. At least 3 Years’ experience in IVD / Medical / Bio-Medical Science field as service engineer
