The Equipment & Spares Supply Chain Team is a central team responsible for managing and overseeing supply chain operations and flows for equipment and spare parts, from introduction to product discontinuation, including product planning and replenishment, distribution, and reverse logistics activities. This is achieved through a global network and multidisciplinary interfaces, with the main objectives being to maximize customer service and optimize inventory and flows.

 

As a Reverse Operations Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing reverse activities in support of cross-functional processes from customer service, quality, and supply chain departments. You will play a key role in continuous performance improvement and coordination of operations at both regional and global levels.

 

What will be your missions ?

 

  • Manage repair demand to align capacity with forecasts,
  • Analyze the overall performance of offsite Reverse flows with major contributors to the end-to-end process (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Regions),
  • Monitor and secure the stock level of the loan pool & associated service costs in line with the evolution of repair volume to ensure business continuity for the client and the application of the service strategy,
  • Co-lead regional governance on end-to-end process performance involving reverse activities. Follow up on specific action plans related to field actions with local teams,
  • Continuous Improvement : conduct periodic reviews of existing reverse processes and propose improvements as a key partner, supporting BPR Equipment & Spares,
  • Support region & local team in the application and adherence to global cross-functional end-to-end processes locally,
  • Participate in global or local projects/initiatives involving reverse activities.

Who are you ?

 

  • Master with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven operational experience, ideally in supply chain processes in demand management and/or planning, in an international context. This position requires fluency in English,
  • Organized, with strong teamwork skills and leadership to successfully carry out your missions,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of listening and organization, and the ability to manage priorities and synthesize information are essential for this position. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Comfortable with ERPs & CRM (ideally SAP) and systems in general (interfaces, communication, and different functions),
  • Curious and able to effectively communicate within a matrix organization on strategic topics, in an international and multicultural environment.
