To monitor service quality of 3rd party logistics vendors.

主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Domestic transportation related operations and management, to ensure outbound and delivery operations comply to SOP and meet goals;
- Contact with 3rd party logistics, develop measuring matrix. Monitor the 3rd party logistics providers' performance and solve emergent issue promptly;
- Cold chain management, ensure all targets of efficiency (LT) & cost are reached, set reasonable goals and keep track of those objectives;
- Excellent logistics related management and process optimization, have experience in bidding & RFQ and supplier selection;
- Data analyze and cost control,thought the analysis of assessment data and cost control, optimize the plan to develop a more reasonable operation process;
- Logistics and other CI project management, participate in supply chain process optimization projects and drive continuous improvement, SOP development;
- Be able to identify potential risks in work and related projects and develop appropriate plan to reduce risks. Report on supply chain performance and efficiency to management for decision support;
- Be the Key user of SAP in the team.
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics management role.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and good teamwork.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Excellent communication ability and efficient problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good team work and collaboration spirit.
