Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
- Is responsible of the good execution by 3PL (Third-party-Logistics) / Local Warehouse of Inbounds, stock management outbounds, and of the interfaces between the warehouse/carrier and the subsidiary sales administration to control day-to-day deliveries to customers.
Main Accountabilities:
- Is in charge of carrier and 3PL relationships : new process implementation, performance management, invoice validation, EDI monitoring & contributes to logistic complaints answers with Sales Administration teams
- Control/steer Warehousing and shipping operations
- Ensures the accuracy and alignment of inventory between SAP and the Warehouse Managing System when implemented (snapshot & message management, cycle counting), and performs scraps in SAP.
- Integrate with order management team on follow up daily shipment (Singapore)
- Monitors with 3PL / local warehouse, Supply Chain & Sales Administration teams the prioritization of activities (Inbound-outbound) in case of delay, over-workload and bank holidays.
- Performs specific flows related to products : interface message creation, customer returns, custom clearance, empty pallet counting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in logistics and/or supply chain
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
