Customer Supply Specialist

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Perform order entry complex tasks, to accomplish the conditions of sales set by the management, helping to meet the business needs.

Main Accountabilities:

• Sales Order validation in Esker
• Sales Order Entry in SAP .
• Handle sales orders modification in SAP.
• Handle order entry reports (backorder, incompleteness, blocked orders).
• Fluent Communication with Spoc of subsidiaries.
• Newcomers  introduction, training and support.
• Support for Process Expert and Key User in projects and CS processes improvement.

Fulfill the deadlines according to written procedures and good practices of the company. Achieve SLA

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Studies-Experience:

• Higher Education- would be an asset.
• Experience in similar tasks.
• Knowledge on SAP/EDI/ESKER  and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) - would be an asset
• Intermediate English Level - excluding

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to take risks and work under pressure.
• Analytical capability of resolution of complex  issues, suggest/discuss possible solutions.
• Proactive attitude- willingness to learn and continuously develop skills in new processes based on acquired knowledge, experience and available tools.
• Self-discipline and good organizational skills (being able to set up priorities).
• Sense of responsibility: own and team work performance.
• Being able to make decisions independently.
• Timeliness commitment.
• Business /customer oriented.

Ability to work in an international environment.
