(Assistant) Area Sales Manager - Nanning

Location: Guangzhou, China
Position Type: Fixed-Term
Job Function: Sales & Key Account Management

Specifically covering regions/segments: Coordinating and leading the Clinical/Industrial teams and promote all the relevant products in the regions/segments;

Pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development by providing integrated solutions to the segments;

Work close with regional sales manager and distributors to achieve sales goals.

Own excellent products and academic knowledge in the segments;

Follow all the sales activities in the region; coordinated by KA manager and Leading the K.A.M. local team formed by Sales, Application Specialist to implement and achieve the goals of the KAM projects;

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;

Identify and establish the distributor network in the region and direct interaction with sub-dealers;

In charge of the promotions of integrated solutions for infectious diseases in all of clinical/Industry sectors;

Create own relationship with the customers;

7

Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues;

8

Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locally.
