Job Function: Sales & Key Account Management
Specifically covering regions/segments: Coordinating and leading the Clinical/Industrial teams and promote all the relevant products in the regions/segments;
Pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development by providing integrated solutions to the segments;
Work close with regional sales manager and distributors to achieve sales goals.
1 | Own excellent products and academic knowledge in the segments; |
2 | Follow all the sales activities in the region; coordinated by KA manager and Leading the K.A.M. local team formed by Sales, Application Specialist to implement and achieve the goals of the KAM projects; |
3 | Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made; |
4 | Identify and establish the distributor network in the region and direct interaction with sub-dealers; |
5 | In charge of the promotions of integrated solutions for infectious diseases in all of clinical/Industry sectors; |
6 | Create own relationship with the customers; |
7 | Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues; |
8 | Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locally. |
