Your missions as IS Controlling manager

Lead IS Controlling team as a Manager

• Create a trust environment within the team, favorizing the initiatives, and welcoming opinions
• Provide IS Controlling team with permanent support in development of soft and hard skills
• Drive the planning and execution of key activities of the team (closing, forecasting, budgeting, strat plan and daily activities) through clear communication about the process and task split, anticipation of deadlines

Working with IS Controlling team, ensure the accuracy of the monthly closing and delivery the timely reliable reporting

• Monthly collection, consolidation and analysis of financial data, understanding and control of the evolution of costs.  
• Ensure correct allocation of IS costs within all group’s legal entities.
• Ensure the respect of Internal control rules
• Ensure timely delivery of ad-hoc analysis requested by management

Business partnering with IS teams

• Be a key partner of IS Top management
• Lead the implementation of strategic projects
• Ensure clear and anticipated communication with all IS Business partners
• Support the IS teams with reporting and analysis of activities (resources and expenditures) using the EXPLOR tool.
• Approval of POs
• Ensure that the financial rules and procedures are followed by the business and are in line with those of the group. 

Lead Forecasting, Budgeting and Strat Plan activities in Global IS

• Drive the Financial Forecast, Budgeting and Strat Plan activities, working closely with IS Business partners as well as with IS Controlling team
• Ensure accuracy of all Forecasting cycles
• Ensure consistency between Activity (Business) view and OPEX view for all Forecasting cycles
• Propose concrete solutions and areas for improvement to optimize performance in order to reduce operating costs or deadlines.

Who are you?

Master in finance or accounting, 10 years of experience in a finance or consulting department of an international company, including at least 3 years on the management position

Ideally, you have already been able to face the challenges of an IS department : Costing/Pricing, OPEX/CAPEX, BUILD/RUN, management and evolution of an ABC analytical model (resources, activities, services drivers)..

Expert user of Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word) is imperative as well as knowledge of SAP (any ABC ERP is a real plus).

Assertive, strong communication and influencing skills.

Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
