In the global supply chain for Equipment and Spare Parts, you will be integrated into the Upstream team, a multicultural team of 15 people, addressing the entirety of bioMérieux's Equipment and Spare Parts products, within a dynamic and evolving scope.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing the sizing and stock management of Regional Distribution Centers for their portfolio of finished products to achieve customer service level targets, stock level objectives, and maritime transport ratio goals.
  • Analyzing stock projections evolution. Setting priorities for the production site within your scope, managing the allocation and balancing of finished product stocks between Regional Distribution Centers in collaboration with the Brand Demand Manager.
  • Conducting Supply Reviews with the production site to work on a medium-term production plan and implementing continuous improvement actions for operations.
  • Ensuring the quality of global and regional MRP - DDMRP data (Regional Distribution Centers), as well as proper flow settings for the products in your portfolio.
  • Participating in / leading cross-functional projects within the inventory manager community.

 

Who you are:

 

  • You have a higher education from an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain field, ideally within an industrial & international environment.
  • You have advanced analytical, synthesis, and anticipation skills.
  • You have professional experience in multidisciplinary & multicultural environments.
  • Good mastery of computer tools (Excel, SAP, planning tools...).
  • Strong relational skills allowing you to build a long-term partnership with the reference site.
  • Good adaptability and quick understanding of issues.
