We are looking for a Global Market Manager – Healthcare IT in Marcy l’étoile, who will lead the strategy, commercialization, and growth of a software solution within the BioMérieux Vision Suite—a healthcare IT portfolio that supports both in-lab diagnostics (molecular, microbiology, immunoassay) and broader healthcare stakeholders such as clinicians and public health agencies.
This portfolio is central to antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and the global effort to combat antibiotic resistance.
As part of the Integrated Solutions team, the role delivers high-impact value by combining data-driven tools (Vision Suite) with medical expertise and laboratory consultancy—enhancing outcomes through digital transformation and expert support beyond traditional instruments and reagents.
What will be your missions ?
They are divided into 5 areas as Market Strategy & Business Growth, Commercial Execution & Sales Enablement, Performance Measurement & Market Impact, Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement, Digital Innovation & IT Integration :
- Drive global marketing strategy for the corresponding IT solution,
- Define positioning, pricing, and differentiation, tailor strategies to regional needs, lead launches and manage product lifecycle,
- Translate strategy into regional commercial plans,
- Create sales tools, training, and promotional assets. Support regions in overcoming market barriers. Equip commercial teams with tools to drive adoption,
- Monitor KPIs for revenue and installed base. Run surveys for customer insights and satisfaction. Use data to refine strategy and improve impact,
- Collaborate with global functions to align market and product strategies, connect global and regional marketing efforts, engage stakeholders to boost adoption, ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards,
- Leverage digital trends and AI in public health,
- Promote interoperability and compliance with standards (HL7, FHIR, GDPR, cybersecurity),
- Support AMS and antibiotic resistance initiatives.
Who are you ?
- Master’s in healthcare IT, Microbiology/Molecular, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years in global marketing or healthcare IT business roles.
- Knowledge of digital health, lab informatics, and surveillance programs.
- Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Travel internationally.
