Description

Position Summary & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Replenishment Planner to take charge of replenishment flows for reagents manufactured in the U.S. and distributed to bioMerieux subsidiaries around the world. If you’re ready to take on a key role in ensuring seamless international stock deployment, let’s talk.

  • Ensuring optimal stock availability in designated subsidiaries, aiming to meet On Time In Full (OTIF) targets while minimizing scrap.
  • Building and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with Brand Inventory Managers and local subsidiaries – including new product launches and phase-outs.
  • Designing and improving the deployment strategy: transport modes, replenishment frequency, lead times, etc.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leading regular supply chain meetings and driving proactive governance.
  • Acting as the primary supply chain point of contact for your subsidiaries, linking global planning with local needs.
  • Executing replenishment operations in collaboration with U.S.-based teams (transportation, sales admin, inventory control, and logistics).
  • Participating in or leading crisis management initiatives when needed.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business with 2+ years of planning, inventory management and logistics flows experience 
    • Associate’s degree with 4+ years of planning,  inventory management and logistics flows experience also accepted
  • Strong background in planning, inventory management, and logistics flows
  • A natural communicator with cross-functional experience and the ability to navigate multicultural environments with energy and empathy
  • Proactive mindset, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a talent for data-driven decision making
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain systems: Excel, SAP (ECC/APO), and planning tools like OMP or Fluide
  • Full professional proficiency in English (French is a plus)
