Description and Responsibilities
Responsible for work conducted with the BioReagents manufacturing group. This position is expected to provide support and leadership to the Manufacturing Team Leads and Manufacturing Technicians, as well as support technical efforts for the group. In addition, the position is responsible for conducting and coordinating hands-on employee training with new hires and may assist with training or retraining of current personnel. The Manufacturing Technical Lead reports to the Production Supervisor or Production Manger and interacts with fellow Manufacturing Team Leads or Automated Machine Operators.

Training and Education:
Experience:Knowledge of real time PCR is preferred. Experience in Industry and Knowledge of cGMP/QSR/ISO is required.
Skills:Well-developed managerial skills including: Computer literacy in database, spreadsheet, project management, and word processing software. Ability to write reports, manufacturing procedures, and training material. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to organize, lead and evaluate the work of other personnel required. Ability to develop, coordinate and implement multi-level individual and team-based tasks. Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:Be able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
