Senior / HR Specialist

Summary：
Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate will support the Asean HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR duties as assigned.

Responsibilities：
-  Help manage end-to-end employee lifecycle process

-  Manage all myHR updates for both Philippines and Thailand, and e-leaves portal for the Philippines
-  Talent acquisition and onboarding activities,  employee insurance administration and employee engagement, in collaboration with regional COEs
-  Implementing HR processes and policies to ensure compliance to local regulations

-  Act as liaision with corporate Health Safety Environment (HSE) for HSE matters across Asean working closely with and leading local HSE contacts in Asean
-  Manage ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience as a HR generalist with MNCs ideal. Candidates with a healthcare background will be ideal
- Good  interpersonal and communication skills with a strong compliance mindset
- Strong ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS office especially Excel
