Clinical Sales Manager NEC

Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job

Achieve the NE Cluster clinical sales budget (sales, margin,) driving successfully the implementation of bioMérieux Commercial Operations strategy and optimize the sales performance.


Main Accountabilities

  • Achieve the Cluster sales growth, implementing the company Commercial Operations strategy to achieve sales, revenue & profit targets and lead the development of strategic lines across market segments. Monitor price policy, conditions of sale, and sales expense budget across the Northern Europe Region.
  • Leads the annual sales budget process, the Strat Plan & sales reports by consolidating sales force territory data & forecasts; ensure that market data are routinely and accurately tracked & updated in the CRM
  • Manage the profitability of the Installed Base
  • Coordinate with the NEC Marketing Manager the most adequate business approach, by ensuring prioritization of targeted markets / accounts profiles and commercial action for budget revenues achievement
  • Coordinate  clinical Sales departments  to satisfy customers request, while assuring a complete compliance of these operations with regulation requirements in each country. Establish and support necessary and sufficient public relations with the opinion leaders of the different markets, through direct or delegated contacts
  • Actively support the development of Commercial Performance Projects as CRM / CVM / Sales Capabilities / Quotation Tools / Master Data Project….




  • Bachelor of Science Degree and double competence in business (Management, Sales, Marketing) appreciated.
  • Minimum 10years of commercial in-vitro diagnostic experience, business to business and/or corporate account sales experience or management, with a proven track record of results
  • Excellent business knowledge with good sales analysis and numbers skills. 


Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong negotiation & communication skills, ability to spot opportunities and deliver.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive and inspire Senior Managers
  • Excellent understanding of the company strategy and territory management


Languages : Fluent in english, any other language of the cluster is a plus
