In House Help Desk / Regulatory Compliance

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?


The main objective of this position is to be accountable for the implementation of Field Corrective Actions by working with and providing support to the Customer Service Team.  This position will serve as the main point of contact for the Quality Manager and support implementation of quality relevant tasks/projects locally, in close cooperation with the local distributors in the field of customer service.


Main accountabilities include:

  • Vigilance Contact, accountable for the timely and accurate reporting and the monitoring of the local regulatory environment. Accountable for the implementation of Field Corrective Actions by working with and providing support to the Customer Service Team.
  • Product registration for Hungary.
  • Support Quality Manager and Cluster Quality Team.
  • Handling Customer / Distributor requests, including reporting in CRM.
  • Providing ongoing support  to bioMérieux products, communicating with Global Functions.
  • Manage Product Field Actions including proper reporting  in SAP, communicating with a Distributors/End customers and consolidating results 
  • Action implementation follow up with Distributors


Who are you?

  • Higher Education degree: biology, microbiology, or bachelor in Science Degree would be a plus
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Quality Management, Quality Control or Regulatory Affairs
  • SAP, CRM knowledge desired (but not mandatory)
  • MS Office Intermediate level mandatory
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong orientation on customer service is a must
  • Accurate and responsible person, solution oriented, used to working independently
  • Willing to learn
  • Place of residence Budapest
