BioFire Diagnostics, LLC. is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our growing team!  The Facilities Assistance will assist with organizational and logistics activities within the Facilities Department, responds to facility issues and performs various tasks as assigned.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Diagnostics’ Quality System.
  2. Assist with organizational and logistical tasks as directed.
  3. Assist with special projects related to the Facilities Department as assigned.
  4. Assist with contract management, key control and business personal property as directed
  5. Assist with procurement and ordering process within the department.
  6. Preform facilities related administrative and clerical task as assigned.
  7. Provide excellent customer service.
  8. Work effectively with outside vendors and contractors.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally.
  10. Cooperate with other technicians in completing assigned job duties.
  11. Safely operate company vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications

Training & Education:  High School diploma or equivalent.  

Experience:  2 years of directly related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Accurate data entry
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills 
  • Well-developed communication skills
