Sales Admin/ IB Admin

  1. Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job

Perform sales administration tasks and installed base management, to accomplish the conditions of sales set by the management, helping to meet the business

  1. Main Accountabilities
  • Handle of sales orders and contracts (Service/ Instruments) in SAP.
  • Generating and monitoring invoices/Asset activation in SAP.
  • Fluid Communication with Spoc of subsidiaries
  • Fulfill the deadlines according to written procedures and good practices of the company
  • Installed base management:
  • - Providing traceability of all the equipment or systems to the customer
  • - Updating in real time the Installed Base further to any equipment creation, equipment movement or equipment’s destruction
  • - Ensure reports from Installed Base (i.e. COFIS, internal reports)
  • - Maintain the quality of the data of the Installed base in the system
  1. Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
    1. Studies-Experience:
  • Secondary Education – Higher education will be valued
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) will be valuated - Not mandatory
  • Experience in similar tasks

  • Fluent in English
  • Business support oriented
  • Cross domains working capabilities (sales, finance, …)
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities
